If you are an existing Google Workspace customer, and you are tired/not happy with your current provider, or maybe you just want to have the peace of mind provided by our support, you can transfer your account to us for management. The transfer does not involve any data loss or change in users, domains, or anything! It is a simple and seamless process as follows:
- Sign in to your Google Admin console for your domain at admin.google.com
- Go to admin.google.com/TransferToken
- You may be asked to enter Reseller/Partner Public ID. Enter: C04chku60
- You should see our Name, reseller.pawait.co.ke with disclaimers. You can click Generate Transfer Authorization at the bottom right of the screen and this authorizes the transfer.
- The page will automatically generate a transfer authorization, which will automatically allow us to transfer the Google Workspace tenancy to Pawa IT Solutions.
- Once the authorization is generated, please send us your account information via this form: https://forms.gle/uXc1futjyo93FqfBA
Please NOTE that for all transfers, a new subscription is started with us, and all pre-payments made before this transfer cannot be refunded nor credits applied and all charges and bills that may be incurred prior to the transfer would need to be settled by the customer at a later date to Google/Partner.
